Well done to the 3rd Year Home Economics class who were cooking some unusual food today in Home Ec...

Staff and students were offered the chance to sample some items of food that are not usually on the dinner menu such as:


Cow Tongue Stew                                                                                 Fried Cow Tongue




Lung Nuggets                                                                                       Lambs Liver with gravy onion



Fried Sheep Heart with rice                                                                 Kidney Stroganoff



Well done to all involved... Not for the weak stomachs!

They did offal-y well :-)
