Important Update: Moving to Microsoft Office 365
From Monday, November 11th 2025, Ringsend College will be moving from Google Workspace (including Google Classroom and Gmail) to Microsoft Office 365.
This change will make it easier for students and staff to access all their learning tools in one place, while also providing a secure and reliable platform for school communication and collaboration.
No action is required from students right now.
Your school login details will continue to work as normal. From November 11th, you will simply sign in through Microsoft 365 instead of Google.
All the features you are used to, such as email, file storage, and class resources, will still be available, and additional tools will be gradually introduced to support teaching and learning.
We will provide clear instructions and support to ensure a smooth transition for everyone. Further updates will be shared with students and families before the switchover date.
