A Quick Guide to VSware:

VSware is the school management system we use in Ringsend College to help parents and guardians stay informed about their child’s progress and school life. You can access VSware on any web browser or through the VSware app (available on iOS and Android).

How to Log In

1. Go to www.ringsendcollege.vsware.ie or open the VSware app.

2. Enter Ringsend College as the school name.

3. Use your username provided by the school 

4. Set your own password the first time you log in.

If you have forgotten your password, click Reset Password on the login page.

What You Can Do on VSware

• View Attendance – See your child’s daily attendance and any absences.

• Check Timetables – Access your child’s class timetable.

• Monitor Behaviour – View positive notes and any concerns raised by teachers.

• Track Assessments & Reports – Access term reports, exam results, and teacher comments.

• Update Details – Ensure your contact details are correct for school communication.

• Submit Absence Requests – Notify the school in advance if your child will be absent.
